Comfortable and functional, it includes a bedroom with a double bed (140×190 cm), a second bedroom with one single bed (90×190 cm), a living room with sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge, microwave, Senseo coffee machine), a shower room and toilet.<br><br></p><p>⚠️ Important information before booking</p><p>🎶 The apartment is located above the campsite restaurant.</p><p>In June, July, August and early September, we host events:</p><p>Tuesday: karaoke night<br>Thursday: mussels &amp; fries evening with live music<br>These events can create significant noise in the apartment.</p><p>The evening ends at midnight, and the music is turned off at that time.</p><p>👉 If you are looking for a completely quiet accommodation, these evenings may not be ideal.<br>👉 However, if you enjoy the lively atmosphere of the South of France, you will have a great time!</p><p>If you would like to participate, please contact me before Tuesday so I can register you.<br><br></p><p>🚪 The entrance is through a private technical area of the campsite, used by staff (golf cart, equipment, machines).<br>This access is not particularly aesthetic, but it is functional.<br><br></p><p>🛏️ Bed linen included<br>🧼 Bath towels available as an option<br>🚗 Free parking for 1 vehicle<br>🚭 Non-smoking accommodation</p><p>🧹 End-of-stay cleaning – two options available</p><p>✅ Cleaning option: €10 per night (maximum €70).<br>We take care of the full cleaning.
