The lady running the facility was not nice She made us stay in the worse part of the camping grounds even though it was empty. She refused to return our identify cards. I made a call to the authorities/ city police they said she cannot do this so I returned and asked once again nicely she aggressively said fine my will return you documents but you will leave now… she argued and wanted me to pay for that day too . I told her no because she was literally tossing us out. I would call the polizia dello stato. So she quietly gave our documents and on a hot Saturday at 13:00 we had to pack up and leave. Never ever again.
